Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix Recipes
Paneer Schezwan (Serves 4 - 5)
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix
- 125g paneer, cubed
- 1 medium-sized capsicum, diced
- 1 medium-sized onion, diced
- 3 tbsp corn flour,
- 1/4 tsp of sugar
- Oil to deep fry
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste,
- Chopped spring onion for garnishing
Method:
- Mix cubed paneer with 2 tbsp of corn flour, deep fry and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan).
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add water and Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce, mix well, bring to boil and
- simmer for 1 minute.
- Add fried paneer and simmer for 1 more minute.
- Mix 1½ tsp. of corn flour in 4 tbsp of water and add to thicken the sauce.
- Add sugar & mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
