Ching’s Secret Chilli Soy Sauce Recipe
Paneer Chilli (Serves 3 - 4)
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. Ching's Secret Chilli Soy Sauce
- 1½ tbsp Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 medium-sized onion, diced
- 1 medium-sized capsicum, diced
- 2-3 green chillies, slit
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp corn flour, (for coating)
- 150ml Water, Pinch of Sugar
- Salt to taste.
- Oil to deep fry
- 1 chopped spring onion, for garnishing
Method:
- Coat paneer with 2 tbsp corn flour, deep fry & keep aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) on high flame.
- Add garlic, ginger garlic paste, vegetables & stir-fry for a minute.
- Add water, soy sauce, sugar, salt & cook for a minute.
- Add 1tsp corn flour mixed with 2tsp of water to thicken the sauce.
- Add deep-fried paneer and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion, serve hot.
