Ching’s Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix Recipes
Vegetable Sweet and Sour
Ingredients:
- 150 gm baby corn diced
- 1 capsicum diced
- 1 onion diced
- 100 gm pineapple diced
- 50 gm French beans diced
- \450 ml (3 cups) water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 spring onion chopped for garnishing
Method:
- Add baby corn and French beans to boiling water, boil for 2-3 min, drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok on a high flame, add the remaining vegetables stir fry for 1 min.
- Add water, contents of Ching’s Secret Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix – Mix, stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 min
- Add baby corn, French beans, pineapple and simmer for 1 more min or till the sauce is thick
- Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot
