Ching’s Secret Chilli Vinegar Recipe
Schezwan Pickled Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 100ml Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar.
- 50 ml water
- 1 carrot cut into 2" inch sticks, blanched
- 1 cucumber, cut into 2" inch sticks
- 1 bay leaf
- ½" cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix sugar, vinegar, water and add bay leaf and cinnamon. Cook this for a
- minute on simmer.
- Add vegetables and salt and mix well. Refrigerate this for 2 hours.
- Serve as an appetizer or accompaniment.
- You can use any vegetables of your choice.
