Ching’s Secret Red Chilli Sauce Recipes
Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce (Serves 4 - 5)
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 100g cauliflower, blanched
- 5-6 baby corn, thickly sliced (par boiled)
- 10 French beans, diced (par boiled)
- 1 capsicum, diced.
- 2 dried red chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 spring onion, chopped, for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) on high flame.
- Add red chilies, garlic and stir-fry.
- Add capsicum and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables & stir-fry for next 1 minute.
- Add Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce, ketchup, 1 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Thicken with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water.
- Garnish with spring onion & serve hot with Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles.
