Ching’s Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix Recipe
Paneer Chilli
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix
- 200 gm Paneer
- 1 capsicum diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 carrot sliced
- 450 ml (3 cups) water
- Oil to deep fry
- 1 spring onion, chopped for garnishing
Method:
- Coat cubed Paneer in corn flour and deep fry. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok on high flame.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute
- Add water and the Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli sauce mix.
- Stir, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add fried Paneer, mix and simmer for 1 more minute or till the sauce is thick.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
