Ching’s Secret Hakka Veg Noodles Recipes
Veg Hakka Noodles (Serves 4)
Ingredients:

Method:
- Cook the noodles as per instructions.
- Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) on a high flame.
- Add all the vegetables, seasonings and stir-fry.
- Add noodles and stir-fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
