| 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce |
|
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying-pan) |
|
| 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce |
|
on high flame |
|
| 1 cup rice, boiled |
|
Add garlic, vegetables & stir-fry for 2 minutes. |

| 1 tsp garlic chopped |
|
Add sauces, rice, spring onion and pepper. |
|
| 2 carrots, chopped |
|
stir-fry for another 2 minutes. |
|
| 5 French beans, chopped |
|
Add salt to taste. Serve hot. |
