| 4 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Mix Sauce |
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) |

| 200g rice boiled or 200g Ching's Secret |
on high flame. |

| Noodles boiled as per instructions. |
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. |

| 200g chopped vegetables of your choice |
Add Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce with rice |

| Salt to taste |
/ noodles & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. |
|
| Chopped spring onion for garnishing |
Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish |

with chopped spring onions. Serve hot. |
