| Ingredients: |

Method for Manchurian sauce: |
|
| 1 packet Ching’s Secret |
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok (frying pan) |

| Manchurian Sauce Mix |
on a high flame. |

| 200 gm cauliflower florets |
Add the remaining vegetables and |
|
| 1 Capsicum dried |
stir fry for 1 minute. |
|
| 1 Onion diced |
Add water, contents of Ching’s |
|
| 1 Cup Corn flour |
Secret Sauce Manchurian Mix. |
|
| ½ Cup Maida |
Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes. |
|
| 450 ml Water |
Add fried Gobhi pakoda, mix and simmer for 1 |
|
| Oil to deep fry |
more minute, or till the sauce is thick |
|
| 1 Spring Onion Chopped for garnishing |
Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot |
