| 4 tbsp Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce |
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) |

| 1 tsp garlic, chopped |
on high flame. |

| 100g cauliflower, blanched |
Add red chilies, garlic and stir-fry. |

| 5-6 baby corn, thickly sliced (par boiled) |
Add capsicum and stir-fry for 1 minute. |

| 10 French beans, diced (par boiled) |
Add vegetables & stir-fry for next 1 minute. |
|
| 1 capsicum, diced. |
Add Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce, |
|
| 2 dried red chilies, chopped |
1 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes. |
|
| 1 tbsp tomato ketchup |
Thicken with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 |
|
| 1 tbsp corn flour |
tbsp water. |
|
| 4 tbsp oil |
Garnish with spring onion & serve hot with |

| Salt to taste |
