| 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Mushroom Soy Sauce |
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying-pan) |

| 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce |
on high flame. |
|
| 1 cup rice, boiled |
Add garlic, vegetables and stir-fry |
|
| 1 tsp garlic, chopped |
for 2 minutes. |
|
| ½ cup mushrooms, chopped. |
Add sauces, rice, spring onion & pepper |
|
| ½ cup green peas, blanched |
and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. |
|
| 1 spring onion, chopped |
Add salt to taste. Serve hot. |
|
| Pinch of white pepper |
|
|
| 1 tbsp oil |
