| 1 packet Ching's Secret Hakka Veg Noodles |
Cook the noodles as per instructions. |

| 1 cup cabbage, shredded |
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) |
|
| 1 large carrot, diced |
on a high flame. |
|
| 2 capsicums, sliced |
Add all the vegetables, seasonings |
|
| 3 spring onions, chopped |
and stir-fry. |
|
| 2 tbsp oil |
Add noodles and stir-fry on high flame |
|
| |
for 2 to 3 minutes. |

| |
Garnish with chopped spring onions |
|
| |
and serve hot. |
