What you need:
1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Chilli Vinegar
1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Red Chilli Sauce
½ bunch spinach leaves
½ cup of bean sprouts
1 tbsp. sugar
½ tbsp. toasted sesame seeds.
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Thoroughly wash the spinach leaves. Drain and keep aside. Wash the bean sprouts also and place them with the spinach. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
