  What you need:      
  4 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Green Chilli Sauce
  7-8 fresh steamed idli
  1 medium onion sliced
  1 tsp mustard seeds
  3-4 curry leaves
  2 tbsp. water
  2 tbsp. oil
  1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
   
  Method:
  Cut idli into 4 pcs. Add oil in a heavy bottom frying pan. Add mustard seeds and wok till they crackle, add curry leaves. Mix water with Ching’s Secret Green Chilli Sauce and keep aside. Add idli to the pan, add the sauce mixture and mix well gently. Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
