Mix 1 tbsp. of corn flour and beaten egg with the fish mince, make small balls and deep fry. Strain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
Add one tbsp of oil to the frying pan, add the vegetables and cook for a minute. Add 450ml of water, empty the contents of Ching’s Secret Manchurian Sauce Mix and cook for another 2 minutes or till the sauce is thick. Add fish balls into the sauce, garnish with spring onions and serve hot. |
