Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, vegetables, dried red chillies and sauté for about a minute. Add prawns, pour the sauces and mix well. Add 1 cup water, mix and let it boil. Mix 2 tbsp. corn flour with 4 tbsp. water and mix it with the boiling sauce till it becomes thick. Adjust the seasonings and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions. |
