Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, vegetables, dried red chillies and sauté for about a minute. Add prawns, pour the sauces and mix well. Add 1 cup water, mix and let it boil. Mix 2 tbsp. corn flour with 4 tbsp. water and mix it with the boiling sauce till it becomes thick. Adjust the seasonings and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry and keep aside.
