keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp. oil in wok on high flame, add vegetables and stir fry for 1 min.
Add water, contents of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix, stir and bring to boil.
Simmer for 2 min.
Add fried paneer, mix and simmer for one more min or till sauce is thick.
Garnish with spring onion.Serve hot.
