What you need:
4 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce
200gms boiled rice
100gms chopped onions
100gms chopped cabbage
1 spring onion chopped
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir fry for 3 -4 min. add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce with rice. Stir fry for 2-3 min. adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
