  What you need:      
  1 pack Ching’s Secret Veg Hakka Noodles
  2 tbsp. Ching’s Secret All in One Sauce
  1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce
  ½ tbsp. Ching’s Secret Dark Soy Sauce
  ½ tbsp. Ching’s Secret Chilli Vinegar
  1 carrot
  1 spring onion
  1 capsicum
  1 onion
  5-6 french beans
  ¼ medium cabbage
  ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  2 tbsp. oil
  salt and pepper to taste + view product  + view product
     
  Method:
  Boil the noodle as per the instructions given on the pack. Cut all the vegetables into fine jullines. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add oil, all the vegetables and cook for about 30 sec. Add all the sauces one by one while stirring. Add noodles and mix well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
