Put sliced lamb in a bowl, add corn flour and mix well so that all the lamb slices get coated with the corn flour.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, fry the lamb slices on a slow fire for about a minute.
Add two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add diced red chillies, fried lamb slices, Ching’s Secret All In One Sauce, Ching’s Secret Soy Sauce, white pepper and
Ching’s Secret Chilli Vinegar and mix well till the lamb gets coated with the sauce.
Serve hot.
