1. Soak the quinoa for 2 hours and boil it.
2. Take a pan, add oil, sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli.
3. Add the chopped french beans, carrots, cabbage and sauté it for a while.
4. Add the quinoa, stir fry it with Ching’s schezwan sauce and a bit of soya sauce.
5. Season it with salt and garnish it with spring onion greens.
