Your all-time favourite Chicken Lollipop is in need for a ‘masaledaar’ upgrade! See how you can add a twist of Desi Chinese to it in minutes to make a mouth-watering recipe that will surely tingle your taste buds!


  • 8-10 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 4 tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smith & Jones Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Salt to Taste


1. Marinate chicken drumsticks with Ching’s Schezwan Chutney, Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce, Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste, cornflour and maida.

2. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

4. Add the chicken pieces and deep fry till its golden brown and crispy.

5. Remove it in an absorbent paper to absorb extra oil and serve hot with Ching’s Schezwan chutney. Enjoy!
