  • Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala – 1 packet
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Paneer cubes – 200 grams
  • Diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) – 1 cup (100g)
  • Green chilli slit – 1 no.
  • Water – 300 ml
  • Chopped spring onions for garnishing


1. Mix a packet of Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Masala in water till a smooth mixture is formed.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté the diced vegetables, along with a slit green chilli and paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the masala mixture and stir well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy, simmer for 3-4 minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot!
