Schezwan Fried Rice

Introduction

Craving for some spicy Schezwan rice, but every door-step delivery seems run off the mill? How about making Schezwan rice at home! With just a little bit of rice and a sprinkling of Ching's Schezwan Fried Rice masala, you have a dish that's as hot as it gets. Try it today!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans etc)
  • 6 cups of boiled rice
  • Chopped spring onion greens for garnishing

STEP BY STEP METHOD

1. In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry the chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, french beans etc) for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add boiled rice or leftover rice to the vegetables.

3. Toss in the diced onions, capsicum, cauliflower, tomato, green peas and rice. Give the mixture a good stir.

4. Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Masala.

5. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove the fried rice in a bowl.

6. Spicy hot Schezwan Fried Rice is ready. Garnish it with chopped spring onion greens, serve hot and enjoy!
