1. Cut the idlis into medium size cubes and deep fry them in a pan.
2. In a pan, heat oil and add garlic, green chilli and saute well.
3. Now add chopped onions, capsicum and saute on high flame.
4. Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and idli pieces and mix well for a minute till the chutney is soaked in well. Your Schezwan Idli is ready to eat. Serve Hot!
